To further enhance our customer’s competencies at the location Laufenburg/Germany we are searching for a
Regional Sales Manager (f/m)

Your tasks:
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers
  • Identification of market potential in regard to both current products in current and new applications
  • Actively identify longer term (5-10 years) market demand /technology changes, in order to guide divisional long term market, application and product development strategies
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
  • Develop and improve the current market positioning of the company
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Liaise with sister companies in the USA and China on regional marketing requirements
Your qualifications:
  • Commercial or technical degree (ideally Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy or Ceramics)
  • >5 Years Sales/Marketing experience
  • >5 Years R&D/ Production / Technical support experience
  • Fluent in French and English, a third language is an advantage (German)
This position requires:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from all levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and a keen sense of responsibility
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of practical work
  • Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Must be prepared to travel extensively
