We are looking for a Technical Project Management Professional with significant experience in IVR technology to expand our Customer Solutions Team in Cologne, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with sales representatives, prospects, and professional services partners during the sales cycle to scope professional services projects
- Analyze customer requirements and create offers for professional services projects
- Technical project management of IVR projects of all sizes – from project planning to successful delivery
- Take responsibility for technical and commercial project success
- Manage our professional services partners during project delivery
- Perform other tasks, roles and responsibilities as required in the Customer Experience Group. This can include Proposal creation or product demonstrations, and Customer and Partner Training.
Qualifications:
- Passion for serving customers
- Technical education (Master or Bachelor of Science)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical project management
- Experience in project management methodologies and processes
- PMP desired but not required
- Hands on experience in IVR technology (including VoiceXML, VoIP and SIP)
- Strong Telco background and system integration experience
- Knowledge in Voxeo products such as Prophecy and VoiceObjects preferred
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fluent in English – additional foreign languages preferred
- Great team player
- Travel and Flexibility is required
