In your new position as Student Assistant - IT Infrastructure/Processes you have the opportunity to support the design of processes for IT-Infrastructure services for internal and external customers in cooperation with the process owners. The Processes Unit thereby coordinates the requirements for the Service Management tools, the implementation in the tools and their presentation in the Member Portal of Deutsche Börse Group. The Processes Unit is located in Eschborn and supports teams in Chicago, Eschborn, Luxembourg and Prague.

Your responsibilities
Supporting the Creation of WEB based trainings with the software EasyProf
Creation of interactive simulations and software demos with Adobe Captivate.
Supporting the Development of training concepts
ITIL conform process modelling with Bizagi
Conduct presentations and trainings
On the job training of the ITIL process implementations in SAP CRM7
Active communication with other departments within Deutsche Boerse Group

Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state during their internship
Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies
Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
Competent handling of MS-Office applications
Interested in capital and stock markets
High analytical skills
Knowledge of EasyProf and Adobe Captivate is a plus
High organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a Team
