We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Professional with significant experience in IVR technology to expand our Sales and Customer Solutions Team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as implementation lead for new customer accounts
  • Own the operational relationship for key customer accounts
  • Resolve complex technical issues working with other Voxeons
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and problems
  • Act as leader to other support staff
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve complex problems for customers
  • Support customer during transition from sales to operations mode
  • Serve as technical lead for top customers; providing world class service
  • Serve as subject matter expert in one or more Voxeo technologies
  • Perform other tasks, roles and responsibilities as required in the Customer Experience Group. This can include Customer and Partner Training, project planning, coaching, and implementation reviews

Qualifications:

  • Passion for serving customers.
  • Technical education (Master or Bachelor of Science)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a telephony technical support/engineering role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in both written and verbal mediums)
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn new technologies
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Hands-on experience in IVR technology (including VoiceXML, VoIP and SIP)
  • Strong Telco background and System Integration experience are a must
  • Knowledge in Voxeo products such as Prophecy and VoiceObjects preferred.
  • Fluent in English – additional foreign languages preferred.
  • Great team player
  • Travel and flexibility is required
