Being a Product Marketing Manager is about innovating products, features and services that help increase partner satisfaction, improve customer experience and grow the commercial success of Booking.com
With vast amounts of data at your fingertips, you will create, test and validate scalable value propositions for partners across the globe.
As a Product Marketing Manager you will operate from within the Partner Services department which is the B2B side of our business, working closely with our increasing number of 1M+ partners across the globe.
This position is based in the dynamic city of Amsterdam. If you're living anywhere else in the world and open for a new adventure, we will assist you (and your family) with a generous relocation package. Q: What are the elements I would need to be a Commercial Owner within Booking?
A: Firstly, I would say we are looking for someone who is an entrepreneur, if you see an opportunity we want you to run with it. That’s why we work in a start-up like environment, giving you full ownership of your part of our platform.
We also want the person to be big on data/research (qualitative & quantitative; but also able to listen to our partner needs). Data/research will be used on a daily basis and as a Commercial Owner you would use that to fuel your innovation roadmap.
Once you’ve come up with a value proposition based on data we want you to innovate in small steps, but at an incredible speed. We champion innovation and prioritize business value and impact.
When your idea is validated you can start planning your Go-To Market strategy and roll out the innovation and introduce it to partners who will be working with a product or service that will add value to their business.
Q: What kind of person are you looking for?
A: We’re looking for someone who is able to work with data and can translate it into actual products/services, in order to do that we’re looking for someone who is resilient, able to adapt to change and can take challenges head on. Be a great communicator who can manage a large amount of stakeholders. Someone who can take ownership and drive projects forward and above all we want you to be curious, ask the questions that could challenge the status quo and would ultimately lead to adding value wherever you go.
