Head of Quality, Dräxlmaier Manufacturing Macedonia

We are looking for executives to support the Quality department at our plant in Kavadarci who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance of helping to develop an attractive workplace.
Your tasks:
- Initiate, implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions by supervising and developing the quality management system and associated processes under consideration of valid standards, the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 and relevant economic aspects
- Ensure defined standards by implementing and coordinating internal process- and product- audits and initiating corrective actions
- Acting as representative towards the customer by ensuring optimal customer supply from a quality point of view
- Budget and cost responsibility
- Signatory authority regarding the quality management system and representation of the company internally and externally on topics related to quality issues
- Direct report to the Plant Manager of the Dräxlmaier plant in Kavadarci

Profile:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience, preferably in a comparable position in a producing environment
- Profound knowledge of quality methods and processes
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP)
- Leadership competence
