For the Benelux market Canadian Solar is seeking an
Inside Sales Manager (m/w),
based in Munich, Germany.
This position is a typical inside sales position. By using e-mail or phone, the delegate is responsible for building up a network of customers, achieving volume and margin targets and serves as key facilitator of customer contact and relationship for her/his customers in Benelux.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Communicating to customer via phone and/or e-mail without travelling
- Intensive cultivation of relationships with local customers and acquisition of new customers
- Development of new business opportunities
- Creates awareness and demand for company products
- Sales negotiations of commercial terms and contract closures under strict observance of the overriding corporate strategy, interests and guidelines and in close collaboration with other departments in accordance with the actual processes and policies
- Provides first line of response to customer inquiries on products and systems
- Coordinates the solving of all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account with the relevant departments
- Represents the Companies brand in front of the customer

Requirements:

| Education/Training: |
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or comparable
|
| Work Experience: |
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or order fulfillment, preferably in the PV industry
|
| Competencies: |
- Elaborate commercial background, business know-how
- Proven strong sales and negotiating skills to market technically sophisticated products
- Experience in business planning and development
- Entrepreneurial spirit and loyalty
