Main tasks of the position:
- Strong contribution to the overall revenue goals
- Develop product portfolio strategy
- Evaluate market opportunities and customer needs in coordination with Market Mgmt., Commercial Operations, R&D, BD
- Develop marketing plan in collaboration with Commercial Operations and align with MDx business area
- Coordinate and manage implementation of corrective actions and marketing activities according to the plan
- Work with Corporate Marketing and Regional Marketing to produce required marketing and technical literature
- Manage product launches including training of trainers and toolbox for training
- Product Maintenance: ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring customer satisfaction, competitor activity, new customer needs and sales support materials

Position requirements:
- Scientific degree, PhD degree preferred, in relevant discipline (molecular biology)
- Demonstrated experience in product management and marketing concepts and practices (minimum 5 years’ experience)
- 2 years working experience in Molecular Diagnostics
- Experience with FDA approved products and approval processes a plus
- International work experience is highly valued
- Experienced in time and project management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (~ 20 %)
