  Junior Policy Administrator  
   
     
  Responsibilities >  
 

You will directly report to the Team Leader of Policy Administration and will be based in Luxemburg.

Within the framework of internal guidelines and administration process descriptions you will be responsible for
 
  • the administration of policies from the initial application and change notifications to the contract closure

     
  • providing international customer service to clients, brokers and HR departments by phone and in writing

     
  • premium bookings and payment allocations 

     
  • supporting the cooperation with internal departments and external partner companies
  
         
  Profile >  
 

You have relevant training in the commercial sector, preferably in health insurance.  With your very good command of English and at least one other foreign language (preferably German, Spanish, French, Dutch or Russian) you are able to handle the above mentioned responsibilities both verbally and in writing. You have a strong client and service focus, are reliable, flexible and possess excellent communication skills. Besides working in a team you enjoy working independently and have a quick apprehension. You have a good command of MS Office.
