Voice Analytics Consultant

 

Germany / DACH Region

 

 

The role:

·         Develop and build a scaleable structure to grow revenue for Analytics tools

·         Effective delivery of Analytics projects (pre and post sale)

·         Growth of Systems Analytics in territory

·         Presence and credibility in the contact centre market

·         Achieve revenue and bookings against budget

·         Through a consultative approach use industry knowledge and best practices, coupled with a knowledge of how analytics solutions can drive improvement to secure new business and differentiate us from our competition

·         Work in conjunction with our sales team and partners’ teams to derive a winning proposition and strategy for new business opportunities

·        Working with customers on development and maturing of a formal analytics know-how and methodology, to evolve and monitor operational, business and procedural requirements to meet agreed ROI and KPI targets

·   Provide input and assistance in preparing proposals or tender responses around the business value, return on investment and consulting services

·         Drive a pipeline of prospects

 

The person:

·         Fluent English & German

·         Experience in working with Industry Leading Analytics solutions

·  Experience in the consulting market preferably around contact centre or customer management sectors

·         Sales oriented

·         Experience of driving business improvement strategies in a contact centre environment

·      Experience in the following areas: Analytics principles and practice, Return on Investment analysis, Contact Centre Strategy, Operational Management & Technology Components, Customer management strategy and execution

·         Experience of using Analytics solutions to support performance improvement

·    Track record of working with clients to develop business cases to support investment in technology solutions

·         Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and present complex data in a clear fashion

·         Prior experience in presentation and demos of software based enterprise level applications is an advantage.
