After around two years of successfully developing and implementing our global processes you will assume a leadership position in Supply Chain / Opeartions Management in your home region where further career opportunities in our fast growing emerging markets await you.

Contribute to a supply chain for Henkel Beauty Care products that is unsurpassed in quality, effectiveness and efficiency Areas of responsibility range from supply chain planning to customer supply management, toll manufacturing management, production, operations and engineering Ensure continuous improvement and development of the supply chain management tools Bringing recommendations for strategic top management decisions Being key contact person for related countries, functional departments, service providers and suppliers		Top in class university degree in engineering or technical studies 3 to 5 years of successful professional experience in one or several supply chain / production management function(s) Good feeling and interest for FMCG in combination with international work experience or background An ambitious, decisive, and innovative personality with exceptional analytical, conceptual and communication skills. Ideally first leadership experience Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus Origin from emerging markets (APAC, MEA, CEE/CIS) and willingness to work in emerging markets
