Product Support Specialist Radiotherapy 
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
To enhance the BRAINLAB Global Product Support team, we are seeking a PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Radiotherapy. The position represents the direct support interface with R&D and is responsible for 3rd Level Support of BRAINLAB Oncology Planning and Treatment Delivery systems globally.

As a Product Support Specialist you play a vital role in the development, support and clinical utilization of BRAINLAB Oncology products, with a focus on improving treatment system integration and the clinical outcome for our customers and their patients. As the link between Support, R&D and Product Management you play a key role in ensuring successful product releases and continued support during the product lifecycle.

Product Support Specialists are responsible for several aspects of a product line:

  • product design improvement with R&D and Marketing
  • knowledge transfer to the support division regarding new products
  • training and certification of 2nd Level Support
  • ensuring successful quality support documentation during product release
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
The ideal candidate has:

  • a technical university degree in physics or engineering
  • extensive knowledge of treatment planning systems
  • experience in a clinical oncology or radiotherapy setting
  • advanced skills in software troubleshooting
  • good English skills, excellent documentation habits
  • detail oriented working style and ability to progress independently
  • proven track record of goal accomplishment
