To expand our team we are looking for a Developer Java/C++ at our office in Berlin
Responsibilities: - Development of existing products with a high degree of complexity as well as further development and optimization of our existing platform
- Participation and involvement in the design and implementation of products based on new architectural approaches
- Programming in Java, C + + and SQL based on MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
- Optimization of the runtime behavior of the applications and database access in terms of performance when dealing with very large data sets
- Unit testing
- Test automation support
- Technical documentation
Experience: - Degree in computer science, mathematics or a similar technical and scientific program
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Java and C++ language (STL, templates)
- Experience in object oriented design and development, common design patterns
- Experience with multi-threading and process synchronization, distributed systems, clustering
- Good knowledge of relational database systems
- Open to new approaches (NOSQL) and architectures
- Good knowledge of English
- Team spirit and commitment as well as structured, goal-oriented approach
- Enjoyment of responsible activities
- Beneficial are very good knowledge of Internet technologies, experience with MS Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, knowledge of agile development processes
