This position offers unique perspectives for your professional and personal development:
• You will provide msg systems’ primary insurance and reinsurance clients with extensive consulting / development services within the framework of complex SAP and Microsoft .net insurance projects that focus on the automotive, life and health insurance segments (developers generally spend 40% of their time on business consulting issues)
• You will work in close collaboration with other msg systemsspecialists in general SAP matters within the framework of .net implementation projects
• You will support msg systems’ clients by conducting preliminary studies and will assist msg systems’ product development specialists in designing new SAP and .net applications for the insurance industry Starting in January 2013, msg systems will provide an excellent, in-depth and made-to-measure training program. This training program will start with a three month German language course for non-German speakers, followed by insurance business training accompanied by cultural training. During the training program, msg systems will provide accommodation close to the training location and will cover the cost of the lodging. We offer a regular German working contract with all of the standard msg systems benefits, includeing vacation, equipment, etc.
Ihr Aufgabenschwerpunkt:
You have a university degree in informatics or business administration (or a similar background), ideally related to the insurance sector
You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Microsoft .net and/or SAP development, either in projects or in product development
Experience with insurance markets in Southern Europe or CEE would be desirable
You are able to explain and communicate complex issues in a simple and comprehensible way
Your are fluent in English at a business level, this is mandatory, and you have basic knowledge of the German language (msg systems will provide a three month German course in Spain or Germany)
You have a structured and methodical approach to work
You work independently with a high level of dedication to your work while being an excellent team player
You enjoy solving complex tasks in a creative manner
You are willing to relocate to Germany
You are able andwilling to travel within Germany, Austria, Switzerland and CEE (consultants generally spend 4 days a week at a project location)
Ideally you have the potential to take over project management roles in the near future
