Alphabet International is one of the top five European fleet management providers for mobility services and operational car leasing of all automobile brands. It is part of BMW Financial Services, the financial service division of the BMW Group. Alphabet supports the sustainable design of corporate fleets and mobility management schemes and offers individual and innovative solutions and services, ranging from consulting, financing and car services to complete mobility management solutions. Alphabet is present in 15 European countries and operates with over 2000 associates. As an International Sourcing Manager (f/m) you take the lead in the sourcing process. You are responsible for closing and negotiating contracts with car and “car related” suppliers as well as external service providers in the field of a.o. facility and IT services. As a professional in sourcing you are responsible for ensuring sound commercial deals between Alphabet International and its suppliers that meet the (internal) client’s requirements and are conforming Alphabet’s policies and guidelines, legislation and market conditions. An important aspect is also to realize optimal steering performances related to closed agreements and you are also responsible for the contract from the moment that the deal has been made until the end of its lifecycle. Key moments in terms of communication are the meetings with our Sourcing Managers and COO’s, which are organized by our team as well. You keep an accurate contract administration by reporting and monitoring. You also ensure all involved parties will be aware of pending contract deadlines. You assist with contract interpretation and in case of disputes you play an intermediary role. In addition, you contribute to make the local Alphabet business units for the sourcing environment even more professional, for instance by coaching on the job. Besides all sourcing related activities we look constantly for process improvements within Alphabet International Operations with both our business units and suppliers, in the areas of a/o Car Data, Maintenance, Tyres, Rental and Remarketing.

| Qualifikation |
|
| University degree in business or economics or comparable qualification.
|
|
| Expert work experience in a similar setting.
|
|
| German and English business fluent.
|
|
| Experience within the automotive branch.
|
|
| Teamwork and communication skills.
|
|
| Highly analytical thinking.
|
|
| Clear ability to negotiate. |
