Responsibility for innovations, management and monitoring of our international brands in the framework of the Beauty Care strategy, from the idea until the placement of the product with focus on long-term profit-maximization. Development of market strategies, product plans, international media and advertising strategies as well as brand performance. Coordination of different projects (e.g. launches, re-launches, international rollouts), improvement of long-term brand concepts, management of development projects (product, packaging, etc.) and support of local marketing organization for relevant countries. Responsibility for leading a team. Reporting directly to Marketing Director International.		Excellent university degree in International Business/Marketing. At least 6 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and a good feel for this area. International work experience and mindset. Fluency in English is essential, German or knowledge of another European language would be beneficial.  Combination of creativity with strong analytical skills and entrepreneurship. Ability to convince and motivate others, result-orientation and a high level of initiative and mobility.
