Task description

Responsible for performing worldwide onsite commissioning activities of electronic components and Automation Tools for FEV Engine Test Benches
Performing commissioning, acceptance tests and hand over to customer
Customer Training
Reporting to the headquarters
Supporting administration of our commissioning schedule
Supporting sales department with work load estimation
Supporting service department
Preparation project related test protocols
Scheduling and performing in-house pre-acceptance tests
Monitoring observance of project related time limits
Monitoring and assure contractual commitments
Monitoring of sub-contractors regarding contractual commitments and customer specific safety rules

Candidate requirements

Diploma in electrical engineering and/or automation engineering
Professional experience in commissioning of electronic components and automation systems, ideally in an automotive environment
Deep knowledge and experience in process measuring and automated control technology
Designing and tuning of P-I-D Controller
Knowledge of State of the Art Field-Bus communication systems (CANOpen, CANRaw, EtherCAT)
Strong communication skills in English
Independently and structured working ability, team player, flexible
Deep knowledge of state of the Art PC Software, Operation Systems
Knowledge of PLC programming (S7, WinCC, C++)
Willingness of worldwide travelling and longer stay on customer site
