For the central European market Canadian Solar is seeking a
Head of Sales Central Europe (m/w)
with sales experience in the PV industry.
Based in Munich, the future job holder manages and coordinates the central European sales team, develops customer accounts in line with business strategy and marketing plan and sells company's products in order to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities may include:
|
- Sales development role where decided.
- Execution of the Sales management process focused in the closure of supply relationships with Accounts.
This shall include:
- Locates account's decision makers and builds stable sales relationship.
- Solves all commercial, technical and/or financial objections of the account.
- Gathers, documents and analyses detailed account information.
- Defines opportunities and sales proposals.
- Analyses input from Sales Planning and Credit Management and revises offers accordingly.
- Negotiates price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customer.
- Closes deals and coordinates contracting.
- Liaises with Order Fulfilment to support if required on product delivery, AR Management for collection and Sales Tech for customer care.
- Managing the central European sales team.
- Ensures high customer satisfaction at all times.
- Represents the company's brand in front of sales accounts.
- Creates awareness and demand for company products.
- Ensures compliance with internal processes and policies and external regulation at all times.
- Documents sales process and ensures high data accuracy.
- Manages company risks involved in sales process.
- Ensures compliance to internal procedures and policies and external regulation and standards.

Requirements:

| Education/Training: |
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or comparable
- Master's degree a plus

| Work Experience: |
- Around four years of experience in sales of PV modules
- First experience in leading a team
