  Regional Sales Director Germany  
   
     
  Responsibilities >  
 

Within your given sales region you will be responsible for acquiring all relevant market background data and conducting all the necessary research and analysis. You will develop a market strategy and execute the defined regional sales plan. It will be your responsibility to achieve regional sales targets and to manage the given sales budget. Additionally, you will build up a marketing strategy in cooperation with our marketing department and execute it accordingly. The acquisition of sales partners and clients and the participation in our general product development process will belong to your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the key account management of defined major brokers, companies and accounts as well as updating our sales tools according to guidelines and the present development. In this position you will directly report to the Head of Sales.

You are a self-motivated Sales professional and have already acquired extensive experience in International Private Medical Insurance sales and customer acquisition. Due to your extraordinary communications skills and your in-depth product knowledge you build up excellent customer relations, and thus improve customer loyalty. You possess a native level of German as well as an excellent command of English. Additional foreign languages will be considered as an asset. You are a flexible and dependable employee. You are able to work independently and as a part of a team in order meet and even exceed sales quotas and the company’s overall sales objectives. You possess very strong social competences and negotiation skills and are creative as well as highly service and achievement oriented. A good command of MS Office products is required; experience with CRM tools a plus.
