Wir, das SAP CCC (Corporate Competence Center) sind die interne IT-Beratung bei Triumph International, ansässig in München und Hongkong. Im Rahmen einer globalen ERP- Einführung definieren, implementieren und betreuen wir betriebliche Kernprozesse hauptsächlich auf Basis von SAP R/3 AFS, APO und BW.

SAP BASIS Teamleiter (Netweaver)

Die Position

Sie sind fachlich und disziplinarisch für ein Team von in-house Beratern unseres Corporate Competence Centers verantwortlich. Diese Rolle ermöglicht Ihnen, trotz eingeschränkter Reisetätigkeit, interessante internationale Projekte mit zu gestalten.

Als Teamleiter sind sie verantwortlich für:

• Unser BASIS/Netweaver-Team inklusive technischem EDI
• Führung, Entwicklung und Training der Teammitglieder aufgeteilt auf die Standorte München und Hong Kong
• Technischer Ansprechpartner für Template- und Roll-Out-Projekte
• Systemverfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Outsourcing-Partner

Die Anforderungen

Idealerweise haben Sie einen Abschluss in (Wirtschafts)Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft und haben detaillierte technische und integrative Kenntnisse während ihrer 5+ jährigen Tätigkeit im SAP-Umfeld gesammelt. Sie haben bereits Teams geleitet und Verantwortung in Projekten übernommen. Ihr Arbeitsstil ist teamorientiert und effizient.
Sie haben bereits in einem internationalen Umfeld gearbeitet und verstehen und meistern die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen. Exzellente Englischkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab.

We, the SAP CCC (Corporate Competence Center) at Triumph International, are the in-house IT consultancy, located in Munich and Hong Kong. We run a global ERP implementation initiative in which we define, implement and support global business processes utilizing mainly SAP R/3 AFS, APO and BW.

For our location in Munich we are looking for a (m/f).

SAP BASIS Team Lead (Netweaver)

THE POSITION

You will manage the BASIS team, which consists of several in-house consultants at our Corporate Competence Center, on a functional and supervisory basis. This unique role allows for interesting, international project work with limited travel.

As team leader you will be responsible for:

• The operations of our SAP BASIS/Netweaver Team, including Technical EDI
• Managing, developing and training of team members split between Munich and Hong Kong
• Acting as technical counterpart for template and rollout projects
• System availability, stability and performance, in close coordination with our outsourcing partner

THE REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate is educated in computer science or business and has acquired considerable technical and integration knowledge during the last 5+ years in an SAP environment. You are experienced in leading groups and directing projects. Your working style is team oriented and efficient.

You have a demonstrated understanding for the challenges of working in international environments. Excellent English skills complete your profile.
