Clinical Diagnostics Group Manager Europe (m/f)

Our requirements

You should have a proven background in the Clinical Diagnostics fields as well as at least ten years experience in an international senior management position. You are educated to a degree level and have solid knowledge of business strategies, including financial performance, the planning for and management of revenue growth and cost control to a defined business plan and budget. You will have demonstrated a strong level of internal and external customer support and relationship building.

Aligned with a proven organisational development background you should have particularly strong management motivational skills. Your reputation and proven track record as a people manager, who develops, motivates and leads the team to new levels of performance is key to the role.

Your job

You will continue the success of our Clinical Diagnostics Group (CDG) in Europe. This includes co-ordination of CDG sales and marketing functions as well as monitoring and forecasting CDG business trends and opportunities in Europe, consolidating data and information from all countries. You will define the strategic commercial and marketing policies for each business area and set specific sales and profitability targets for each CDG Regional Sales Manager.

 

You will discuss and set specific targets with the Headquarters CDG Manufacturing Divisions as well as negotiate related resources mediating between the Commercial Management Europe, the Financial Manager Europe and CDG Division Management.

 

You will work very closely with the Supply Chain Manager Europe to ensure the proper shipping and supplying standard conditions in compliance with CDG products specificities and customer needs.

 

In this role you report directly to the Commercial Manager Europe in Switzerland and you will be part of the European Leadership Council. You will be based in Cressier, Switzerland.
