Your tasks…

• Ensuring the end-to-end project and engineering delivery of safety projects
• Responsibility for budget and the commercial success of projects
• Management of delivery risk, technical reviews, coaching of project managers, staff utilization
• Establishing recruitment needs, ensuring compliance with management systems
• Supporting business development by providing pre-sales support including client meetings and leadership of technical proposal development

Your profile…

• Bachelor/Master in electronics, computing or an engineering-related discipline
• At least 7 years' experience in safety, including large or technically complex projects across the entire safety lifecycle
• At least 5 years' experience in project management or leadership experience of safety projects
• At least 2 years' pre-sales experience, including the production of proposals
• Experience in the automotive industry would be a distinct advantage, including detailed practical knowledge of the application of ISO 26262 and formal safety management
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Motivation and energy to take a leadership role in a high-profile, rapidly expanding environment
