In order to further extend our business activities in Europe we
are looking for an
European Dealer Network Programs
Manager (m/f)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the development of Hyundai's European Network strategy
based on global guidelines as well as monitor the status and progress of its
implementation in all of our European markets
- Optimize and secure the quality of the development of the
national "ideal location plan" of Hyundai dealerships based on our European
strategy and monitor the progress of its implementation
- Actively involved in the appointment process of Hyundai's
representation in strategic locations and potentials according to our "Metro
area concept"
- Overall project management of our European Dealer coaching
program
- Tailor the Hyundai global dealer identity programs according to
our European requirements and implement the programs in all of our European
markets
- Develop an European architectural network concept and secure its
successful roll out to our European markets
- Support our markets to enhance the appearance of the existing
dealers
- Further development and implementation of our European Dealer
recognition programs
- Liaise with our parent company in Seoul on Hyundai Dealer
Development activities and support in Europe
Job requirements:
- Academic degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Five years of experience in a relevant position in a Dealer
Development department of a car manufacturer, ideally at European level
- Good knowledge of the automotive distribution network strategy
and operations
- Very good analytical skills and organisational skills, ability to
produce clear and precise reports, team player, goal oriented, possessing a
desire to work for a fast-pace, result based company
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and
PowerPoint
- Very good command in English, solid knowledge of other European
language(s) preferred
