Projectmanager (m/f)

Task description

Participating the project acquisition from the tender stage, and cooperating with the sales to gain the project
Establishing and managing the project team
Be responsible for the overall control, coordination and supervision of project, and allocating various resources to support the execution of the project
Analyzing the percentage of completion regularly, tracking and controlling the rate of progress and quality according to project schedule
Dealing with unexpected events of the project in a timely manner
Controlling project cost strictly according to the budget
Communicating with both the customer and the vendors to ensure the smooth execution of the project
Organizing the acceptance activity and arranging the following service and summarizing project management experience

Candidate requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering & Economic related major
Several years of work experience on project execution in combustion engine or automobile manufacture industry and project management, PMP certificate is preferred
Be capable of understanding drawings and using project management software
Be familiar with the structure of test benches and its subsidiary systems
Be familiar with the operational mode of engineering project and related businesses norms, having awareness in terms of contracts subcontracts, procurement and other basic commercial knowledge
Budget control skill
Strong English spoken and written capacity
Be familiar with Office tools (especially project, powerpoint and excel)
Strong communicating and negotiating capacity, team player with excellent coordinating skill, capacity to establish an efficient project team
Willing to business travel
